1) Fill out this Registration/Waiver/Media Release form. 1 student per form.

2)Click on any of the below for course descriptions and meeting times/locations.

3)Click on "book now" to proceed.

4)Click on "Check next availability."

5)Be sure to choose the correct time that corresponds with the class you are wanting to enroll in.

(please note: Recurring payments begin at registration and continue until canceled).

7) Enter payment information. Be sure to use any discount codes you may have. A 3% transaction fee has been calculated into the online registration cost. 

8) Reach out to CTX Music Academy if you would like to avoid the 3% transaction fee and pay via PayPal Friends and Family, Cash, Check, or Cashapp.
