Registration Understanding:
All camps and classes are subject to sufficient enrollment being met. If a course does not start on time, tuition will be prorated.If a camp fails to occur entirely, a full refund will be issued immediately upon CTXMA cancelation.
If a regular course does not commence within 6 months due to enrollment or otherwise, the following actions may be taken:1) You may transfer your account credit to a class which is in session.2)You may choose to continue to wait for this course to become live.3)You can request an immediate refund to be issued including registration fees. Tuition will not be refunded for classes which were in session within the allotted time.
Liability Waiver:
1. I will assume full responsibility for any accident/medical insurance needed in the case of accidental injury, or the like, while my family is attending a CTX Music Academy class or event. We waive the right to ANY legal action for any injury sustained on studio property or rental space, including any actions to be taken against property owners, affiliates, landlords, CTXMA staff, or property staff.
Media Release:
9. I hereby give CTX Music Academy (Kate Pamplin) and all authorized representatives permission to record my child for use in all legal media for the sole purpose of promoting CTX Music Academy. I understand that I will not receive any monetary compensation.
